Chakras are energy centers in the body that correspond to different physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of our being. There are seven main chakras, each associated with specific locations, colours, and meanings:

1. Root Chakra (Muladhara) - Located at the base of the spine, associated with survival and grounding.
2. Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) - Located in the lower abdomen, linked to creativity and sexuality.
3. Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) - Located in the upper abdomen, related to personal power and confidence.
4. Heart Chakra (Anahata) - Located at the center of the chest, associated with love and compassion.
5. Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) - Located in the throat, linked to communication and expression.
6. Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) - Located between the eyebrows, associated with intuition and insight.
7. Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) - Located at the top of the head, linked to spiritual connection and enlightenment.

These chakras are believed to influence various aspects of our health and well-being and keeping them aligned is thought to promote balance and harmony in life.
