These meditative practices are available for all clients/customers to explore at their own discretion.
Please only engage in the practices that feel aligned, safe, and supportive for your personal healing journey. For any exercises involving two people, ensure you participate only with someone you know, trust, and feel comfortable with. Always use your own judgement and honour your boundaries when choosing which practices to engage in.

Eye Gazing 

Eye gazing is a gentle yet profoundly powerful meditation practice shared between two people. It can be experienced with a partner, family member, friend, or even someone new—provided there is trust, openness, and a willingness to be fully present with one another.

This practice has the potential to deepen emotional intimacy and connection, enhance self-awareness, encourage emotional release, and dissolve stress and anxiety. Eye gazing invites you into a space where vulnerability becomes strength, where stillness becomes connection, and where you can truly see and be seen.

I often recommend this exercise to my clients, as it creates a grounding and heart-opening foundation for deeper healing work.


You can practice eye gazing anywhere, but for a more meaningful experience, I suggest the following:

  • Choose a quiet, comfortable space where distractions are minimal

  • Sit together comfortably and gently bring your focus to one another’s eyes

  • Soften your gaze — do not force it

  • Remain in silence, offering only presence

  • Blink naturally, allowing the moment to unfold

  • Notice any emotions that arise — from discomfort to joy — and welcome them without judgment

  • You may begin with 1–3 minutes and increase the duration as you feel called

  • Allow yourself to be fully in the moment — if laughter comes, let it flow; if tears appear, release them; if connection brings the desire for an embrace, honour it wholeheartedly

This practice is a beautiful way to settle the mind, open the heart, and align your energy before stepping into deeper healing work.


If you feel called, you are welcome to include a complimentary 5-minute eye gazing meditation before or after any in-person booked session.
I highly recommend doing this prior to Reiki or crystal healing, as it helps the mind soften, emotions surface gently, and the energetic body open more deeply to the healing process.
